Paste your Google review link into Settings and switch it on. Two weeks after a report goes out, InspectSOP asks the client and any referring agent to leave you a review, with your link built right in. You can change the timing, or leave it off entirely.
- It stays off until you switch it on, so asking for reviews is your call, not a default.
- No review link yet? The email still goes out. It just asks the client to reply and tell you how it went.
Everything else that happens without you
Booking and reviews are the headline. They are not the whole list.
- Publishing sends the report to your client and their agent within a few minutes. You do not have to remember to send it.
- Quotes chase themselves. Clients get a reminder before a quote runs out, and the quote closes itself if it lapses.
- Lab results that arrive after you have published get attached to the job, and the client is told. You do not re-send anything.
- Your inspectors get a notification on their tablet the moment a job is assigned to them.
