Billing questions
What happens after my 2 free inspections?
After your 2 free inspections you'll be prompted to pick a plan. Your published reports are generally available for up to 7 years after account closure. If your trial account becomes inactive, we'll notify you before closing it.
How does pay-per-inspection work?
You pay $12 per published inspection with no monthly commitment. Buy credits in advance from your account settings, or pay inline when you click Publish. Either way, credits never expire.
How does annual billing work?
Pro annual plans are billed as a single payment of $990 upfront. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can switch to monthly at your next renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately from inside your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage everything from your billing settings.
How do I add more inspectors?
On the Pro plan, you can add extra inspector seats at $89/mo each (or $890/yr each). Each seat gets unlimited inspections.
What is the report payment wall?
The report payment wall lets you require clients to pay your inspection fee before they can view their report online. You set the amount. InspectSOP collects it via Stripe Connect and pays out to your account. Available on all plans.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Subscriptions keep access until the end of the billing period. Pay-per-inspection credits do not expire.
