Billing questions
What happens after my 2 free inspections?
After your 2 free inspections you'll be prompted to pick a plan. Your published reports remain available in a long-term archive after account closure. If your trial account becomes inactive, we'll notify you before closing it.
How does pay-per-inspection work?
You pay $12 for each inspection you publish, with nothing due monthly. Buy credits up front from your settings, or pay on the spot when you hit Publish. Either way, credits never expire.
How does annual billing work?
Pro annual plans are billed as a single payment of $990 upfront. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can switch to monthly at your next renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away from your account settings. If you move down a plan, it takes effect at your next billing date.
How do I add more inspectors?
On the Pro plan, you can add additional inspector seats at $89/mo each (or $890/yr each). Each seat gets unlimited inspections.
What is the report payment wall?
You can require the client to pay your fee before their report opens. You set the amount, we collect it through Stripe, and it lands in your own bank account. Available on every plan, and you can leave it switched off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. Subscriptions keep access until the end of the billing period. Pay-per-inspection credits do not expire.
