Billing questions
What happens after my 2 free inspections?
After your 2 free inspections you'll be prompted to pick a plan. Your data is never deleted — if you don't subscribe, your account is paused and you can reactivate at any time.
How does annual billing work?
Pro annual plans are billed as a single payment of $990 upfront. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can switch to monthly at your next renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade immediately from inside your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Manage everything from the Stripe billing portal.
How do I add more inspectors?
On the Pro plan, you can add extra inspector seats at $89/mo each (or $890/yr each). Each seat gets unlimited inspections. Contact us from your account settings to add seats.
What is the per-inspection fee?
The per-inspection fee is separate from your subscription — it's a fee you optionally charge your clients when they view the report. You set the amount. InspectSOP collects it via Stripe Connect and pays out to your connected account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
