What happens after my 5 free reports?
Keep going the way that fits: Pay As You Go at $12 a report, with specialty reports from $3, or choose Starter or Pro. Your inspections and reports stay right where they are.
How does Pay As You Go work?
There is no monthly fee. Your first 5 reports are free. After that it is $12 a report. Specialty reports with no home inspection (wind mitigation, 4-point, radon, sewer scope) from $3. A specialty report covers up to 25 items; one with more counts as a full report. Your report balance is prepaid credit for InspectSOP reports, for business use, not cash, not refundable; it never expires while your account is open. Correcting and republishing a report is always free. If a report grows into a full report, you pay only the difference, never more than one report.
How does annual billing work?
Pro annual plans are billed as a single payment of $990 upfront. You save the equivalent of 2 months compared to monthly billing. You can switch to monthly at your next renewal.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect straight away from your account settings. If you move down a plan, it takes effect at your next billing date.
How do I add more inspectors?
On the Pro plan, you can add additional inspector seats at $89/mo each (or $890/yr each). Each seat gets unlimited inspections.
What is the report payment wall?
You can require the client to pay your fee before their report opens. You set the amount, we collect it through Stripe, and it lands in your own bank account. Available on every plan, and you can leave it switched off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. A subscription keeps its access until the end of the billing period, and your account then continues on Pay As You Go unless you close it. Your Pay As You Go report balance does not expire while your account is open.
