Text Message Terms

1. Program

InspectSOP Inspection Updates. InspectSOP LLC sends these texts for the home inspection company handling your inspection. Our texts come from (877) 677-1728.

2. What You Receive

A confirmation that text updates are on, a booking confirmation, a reminder the day before, and a notice when your report is ready.

3. How You Sign Up

Where your inspection company offers text updates, you sign up by checking the box when you book, or through the text updates link in your inspection emails, and then entering the code we text you. Texting is optional. You do not need it to book an inspection or to receive your report.

4. How Often

Message frequency varies by inspection, usually 3 to 4 texts.

5. Cost

InspectSOP does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

6. How to Stop

Reply STOP to any text. One InspectSOP number serves every inspection company on the platform, so STOP ends texts from all of them. Reply START to allow them again.

7. Help

Reply HELP or email support@inspectsop.com.

8. Replies

Apart from STOP, START, and HELP, replies to this number are not read. Contact your inspection company directly.

9. What Our Texts Never Contain

Website links, requests for payment, or requests for passwords. We never ask you to read a code back to us by text or phone. A text that does any of these is not from InspectSOP.

10. Email Is the Official Notice

Texts are a courtesy. Your inspection emails remain the official notice. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

11. Who Can Sign Up

United States and Canada mobile numbers. You must be the person who uses the number.

12. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
